WARMING CHAI FOR WINTER WELLNESS

Warming Chai Recipe

fresh ginger roughly chopped
cinnamon sticks
cracked cardamom pods
dried chaga
dried reishi
dandelion root
burdock root
black peppercorns
clove
ashwagandha 
star anise

Simmer in a large pot of water covered for 3-5 hours.
Strain and store in the fridge. 
To prepare- simmer a cup with a tbsp of tea (I use tulsi) or a teabag. Strain tea, add a splash of milk and honey or maple syrup
